Our staff are trained to read that, to notice when a child needs a quieter entry, a slower transition, or a moment of calm before learning begins. Where it is in a child’s best interests, we have the flexibility and the skilled adults to respond.

Our ‘Book and Bagel’ breakfast provision means every child can begin the day nourished and settled. A book, a bagel, and a quiet moment — it costs nothing for families and makes an enormous difference to how children feel when learning begins.
