We are currently a small trust, but have ambitions to grow and welcome new members who share our vision of making a real difference in the lives of the pupils and families we serve.
Starting the Conversation
If you are considering joining a multi-academy trust, we would be keen to open a dialogue. This will allow us to explore if we could be a good fit for each other, with no pressure or “hard sell” tactics. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach, so let’s start by understanding what we can offer one another.
Informal Collaborations
As we get to know each other better, we can look at informal collaboration opportunities that could be mutually beneficial, such as:
- Sharing specialist teaching and facilities
- Joint CPD for teachers and leaders
- Working together on extended school provision
- Extending the Curriculum
- ICT support
- Sharing expertise in Inclusion and SEND
- Exploring shared central services ( ICT/Shared contracts/Financial/Premises)
Membership Types
Wherever you are in your academisation journey, there’s a OC1st membership or partnership option that’s right for you.
Associate Membership
We understand joining a trust is a significant decision. Following initial explorations, schools can join as an “associate member” first to gain reassurance before deeper commitment.
Full Membership
When the time is right, associate members can take the next step to full trust membership after a due diligence process.
Our aim is to have an open and transparent dialogue to determine if we are the right long-term fit for your school community.
